Mt. Tabor Alpaca Farm is located in Aurora, Indiana. We raise suri alpacas, and offer breeding and boarding services. We love visitors, and offer private and group tours.
An alpaca is a cousin to the llama., and valued for its luxurious fiber. Both are members of the camelid family. An alpaca's lifespan can range between 15-25 years. A Llama is larger than an alpaca, and most times will have banana-shaped years, which face towards each other. An alpaca's ears typically are straight and face-forward.
